B12 (Methylcobalamin)
Energy, cognition, and nerve health
Methylcobalamin is the bioactive form of vitamin B12 — superior to cyanocobalamin for neurological applications. Essential for red blood cell production, myelin synthesis, and mitochondrial energy. Indicated for fatigue, neuropathy, cognitive fog, and B12 deficiency (common in vegans, older adults, and those on metformin or PPIs).
Vitamin D3
Immune regulation and bone health
Intramuscular vitamin D3 provides a sustained depot dose for patients with documented deficiency or malabsorption. New patients begin with a brief consultation to review health history, current symptoms, and any relevant lab work. We recommend specific protocols based on your clinical picture — not a menu of options.
Physician-Administered Treatment
All injections are performed by our licensed naturopathic physician. Each session takes 5–10 minutes and requires no preparation or recovery time.
No Downtime
Most patients return to normal activities immediately. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours following treatment to allow the healing response to proceed undisturbed.
Ongoing Protocol
Many patients benefit from a regular cadence — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — depending on their goals. We design a maintenance schedule that fits your life and budget.

Pricing listed reflects single-session rates. Package pricing is available for most protocols. All pricing is transparent — there are no hidden fees or mandatory add-ons. Insurance does not cover vitamin injection therapy; we accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts.
